Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 / annual
Snorkel AI is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead high-impact AI initiatives for enterprise federal customers. You will own delivery from initial scoping through value realization, partnering with senior business and technical leaders to shape AI/ML use cases and orchestrate cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with data science and engineering teams to translate AI/ML use cases into well-defined projects with proposals and Statements of Work; leading end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI projects ensuring execution on time, within scope, and budget aligned to business outcomes; managing comprehensive project plans and artifacts to ensure successful delivery and compliance with contractual and financial targets; identifying expansion opportunities through adjacent use cases and new stakeholders; serving as the primary interface between client C-suite, Snorkel's technical teams, and leadership; and developing best practices, templates, and delivery frameworks to make engagements scalable and repeatable.
You will work on complex National Security problems across Civilian, DOD, and NATSEC agencies, including Federal Law Enforcement, Healthcare, Financial/Regulatory, and Military operations and logistics.
Minimum qualifications: 5+ years in technical, client-facing roles (management consulting, professional services delivery, or customer success); strong background in project delivery and collaborative problem-solving within AI/ML initiatives; proven ability to understand client objectives, design solutions, and identify value-aligned growth opportunities; track record overseeing a portfolio of engagements; excellent communication and presentation skills translating complex technical concepts for broad audiences; advanced degree preferred (MBA or Master's in computer science, applied statistics, mathematics, or related field); experience reviewing and drafting federal RFCs, RFIs, RFPs preferred; experience working across Civilian, DOD, and NATSEC agencies; active TS security clearance required; willingness to travel up to 25%.
