Legora is an AI-native legal workspace that helps legal professionals move faster and operate with greater precision. The company serves 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including top law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters, and has scaled to $100M+ ARR with teams across Europe, North America, and APAC. The Engagement Associate role sits at the center of Legora's customer transformation efforts. You will support post-sale customer success by helping law firms and corporations adopt and maximize value from the platform. This is a relationship-focused position that bridges product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term engagement. Key responsibilities include: supporting the post-sale customer experience through onboarding and adoption; designing tailored client adoption plans with change management approaches and stakeholder mapping; executing adoption initiatives from initial rollout through broader usage; building and managing relationships with key client stakeholders; assisting with success plans, training, and ongoing check-ins; coordinating across cross-functional teams (Product, Legal Engineering, Marketing, Support) to deliver a high-quality experience; and gathering client feedback to inform product improvements. You'll bring 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally from management consulting or professional services. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential—you need to build trust with clients while supporting them through change. You should have excellent project management and communication abilities, high emotional intelligence, and a genuine interest in how technology improves work efficiency. Experience with change management or adoption programs is a plus. Prior exposure to SaaS, Legal Tech, or regulated industries is valued but not required. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role in an evolving environment where you'll contribute to transforming how legal teams work with AI. You'll collaborate globally with teams and clients, work in an innovation-focused office environment, and be part of a high-performance culture that values ownership, excellence, and direct feedback.
