Legora is an AI-native legal workspace used by 1,000+ customers globally, including top law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates across Europe, North America, and APAC.
As an Engagement Associate, you'll support the post-sale customer experience for Legora's strategic and enterprise accounts. You'll work alongside Engagement Managers and Directors to drive adoption and long-term value realization at world-class law firms and corporations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to each client's adoption playbook and change-management strategy, including stakeholder mapping and target outcomes
- Owning discrete workstreams from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption, adapting as client needs evolve
- Building product fluency and understanding legal workflows to surface expansion opportunities
- Supporting structured operating cadences: preparing success plans, running enablement sessions, conducting stakeholder check-ins and value reviews
- Coordinating cross-functionally (GTM, Product, Engineering, Support) to maintain account context and accelerate client success
- Tracking account health and usage metrics, flagging risks and opportunities to account leads
- Channeling customer feedback to Product and Marketing to inform roadmap and positioning
- Supporting key commercial moments and expansion signals
- Learning from senior Engagement Managers as you grow toward owning your own account book
You should have 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech. A foundation in client advisory, customer-facing B2B SaaS roles, or the legal field is valuable. You're proactive, organized, and energized by supporting demanding senior stakeholders through significant change. Strong project management, communication (written and verbal), and high emotional intelligence are essential. Experience with adoption, retention, and satisfaction at enterprise level is preferred. This is a fast-track role designed to develop you toward account ownership.
