As an Endpoint Engineer on the Data Exfiltration Prevention team, you will own the design and development of core features preventing data exfiltration on Windows endpoints. This role requires deep expertise in Windows platform internals and involves building mission-critical agents, drivers, system extensions, and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing data exfiltration prevention applications, drivers, system extensions, and services on Windows
- Maintaining and evolving mission-critical endpoint agents
- Owning complex features end-to-end from design through delivery, including customer troubleshooting
- Designing and building secure, cross-platform software (Windows-focused)
- Writing and maintaining documentation for internal and public services
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Expert-level proficiency in C/C++ on Windows
- Demonstrable expertise developing agents on Windows, including practical experience with Windows Driver Frameworks (WDF), filter drivers, and user-mode applications
- Experience with kernel-level debugging processes, tools, and reverse engineering techniques
- Ability to decompose complex business problems and own them end-to-end across teams
- Readiness to learn additional systems languages (Rust, Go, Python); prior experience is a plus
