Inceptive is pioneering AI-designed drugs with the potential to impact billions of people. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the operational backbone enabling the CEO's effectiveness and focus.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Holistic time optimization: manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and multiple concurrent engagements across time zones
- Protect the CEO's time and attention by vigilantly filtering demands and focusing effort on highest-impact activities
- Track internal and external priorities, collaborate with the CEO on prioritization, and communicate decisions to stakeholders
- Coordinate communication and logistics across diverse projects and teams
- Problem-solve creatively: when obstacles arise, develop options and recommendations to make things happen
- Manage local and international travel logistics, frequently traveling with the CEO as needed
- Work flexible hours across time zones as appropriate to support CEO needs
- Handle ad hoc projects and tasks with agility
You are proactive, highly organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments with varied demands. You are a natural communicator and problem-solver who understands that enabling the CEO's effectiveness multiplies your impact across the entire organization. You are tech-savvy, comfortable with international and multicultural contexts, and possess strong integrity and discretion.
Inceptive is building biological software for rational drug design, combining expertise in molecular biology, machine learning, and software engineering. The team operates with a "Beginner's mind"—humble, fresh-eyed, and antidisciplinary, expanding knowledge across domains to solve previously intractable problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong communication skills with ability to manage expectations and build trust
- Tech savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms
- Comfort in international and multicultural environments
- High integrity and understanding of confidentiality
- Fluent in English and German
- Availability to travel internationally, including to the US on short notice without requiring advance visa arrangements
- Legal authorization to work in Germany and valid driver's license
- Previous Executive Assistant experience is important; years of experience matter less than demonstrated capability and what you have accomplished
