GoGuardian is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join their Sales Enablement team, reporting to the Manager of Sales Enablement & GTM Alignment. This role owns multiple enablement programs and supports the broader go-to-market function. Key responsibilities include: • Running end-to-end sales onboarding—curriculum design, milestone tracking, certification, and manager check-ins—with accountability for time-to-first-deal and ramp velocity • Facilitating onboarding cohorts and 30/60/90 check-ins, leading live training sessions, and partnering with the Senior Sales Coach to support new hires through discovery calls, demos, and pitches • Building and executing onboarding programs for new sales leaders, including internal promotions • Supporting the Senior Enablement Partner on product enablement initiatives: launch prep, competitive positioning, demo certification, and post-launch follow-up • Managing enablement intake as a centralized request hub for sales, marketing, product, and customer success, with clear prioritization and SLAs • Owning enablement systems and content architecture: taxonomy, tagging, usage reporting, content freshness, and ownership clarity • Leveraging AI to increase efficiency (e.g., updating certification rubrics, automating reports) • Delivering monthly enablement metrics: ramp time, certification pass rates, content usage • Serving as cross-trained backup on core programs and systems to ensure continuity The role is highly varied and will shift with business priorities and seasonality. You'll be expected to balance deep ownership of onboarding and ramp with support across product enablement, intake management, and systems maintenance. Requirements: • 1–3 years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales training, or adjacent roles (sales, customer success) • Experience in K-12 or EdTech market with working knowledge of district buyer dynamics • Strong facilitation skills on video calls and clear writing ability to translate product briefings into field-ready materials • Demonstrated use of AI for drafting, summarizing, and automation; understanding of where AI adds value vs. where human review is essential • Ability to manage intake for a function with constrained capacity; comfort with prioritization and saying "not this quarter" with clear reasoning • Systems-oriented mindset: attention to taxonomy, working links, accurate dashboards, and content maintenance • Collaborative, low-ego approach; willingness to support rather than own when appropriate • Familiarity with enablement platforms (Highspot preferred), Salesforce, and conversation intelligence tools (Clari, Gong) is a plus • Initiative-taking in fast-paced, dynamic environments • Passion for impact in education
