Salary: USD 126,800 - 221,900 / annual

ServiceNow is seeking a Manager of Employee Communications & Experiences to lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives across the global organization. In this role, you will report to the Director of Employee Communications & Experiences and serve as a key architect of how employees experience ServiceNow's culture, strategy, and business priorities. You will own the strategy and execution of global employee events and communications tied to ServiceNow's Cultural Moments strategy, including quarterly town halls, the annual Employee Kickoff, SNL: ServiceNow Live, and other milestone company experiences. You'll develop compelling narratives and engagement strategies that connect employees to company direction and priorities. Key responsibilities include: leading global employee engagement campaigns that translate company initiatives into compelling participation opportunities; creating and executing communications strategies for major company milestones; bringing ServiceNow's AI story to life through fresh, engaging content and campaigns; partnering across Communications, Employee Belonging, ESG, Product, Marketing, and other functions to create cohesive employee experiences; owning programs from concept through launch, measurement, and iteration; experimenting with new engagement channels and emerging technologies to reach a distributed workforce; and using employee insights and engagement data to continuously improve program impact. This is a highly collaborative role with significant opportunity to learn, innovate, and make a direct impact on employee experience. You'll support live events on-site and work across geographies to bring experiences to life. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field - 6-8 years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement - Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to own large, complex workstreams independently - Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to write for multiple audiences and in various formats - Self-starter who takes ownership without needing heavy oversight; eager to learn and jump into ambiguous situations - Resourceful and self-motivated; able to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
