Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Battlespace Awareness Radar team develops state-of-the-art radar systems deployed to address critical security challenges. As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will be central to testing the next generation of U.S. radars, working with an interdisciplinary technical team to mature prototypes into production-ready products.
You will conduct integration and developmental testing of complex electrical subsystems, including high-speed digital and RF components. Your responsibilities include performing environmental testing to ensure radar reliability across various operational conditions, and creating/updating test procedures for validating printed circuit board performance against design specifications. You will design test automation to streamline testing processes, collaborate closely with electrical, mechanical, software, and firmware engineers, and stay current with emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience testing and troubleshooting complex board designs. You must have hands-on experience with analog and digital electronics testing, proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, current probes), and familiarity with standard interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB). Knowledge of modern analog/digital electronics, electronic CAD tools (Altium preferred), test automation scripting (Python), and signal/power integrity testing is essential. You must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with MCU, CPU, and FPGA devices; RF electronics testing experience; RF test equipment expertise (VNAs, signal analyzers, generators, power meters); knowledge of MIL-STD-810 environmental testing standards; and experience developing test fixtures.
