As an Electrical Systems Engineer for C2 Integration, you will lead end-to-end development of complex electro-mechanical and aero-performance systems for next-generation flight vehicles including platforms like Anvil, Altius, and Ghost. You'll collaborate across cross-functional teams—hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers—to define system requirements, architecture, and integration strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading system design, development, and maintenance of components meeting functional and performance requirements in complex distributed environments
- Conducting thorough testing, debugging, and validation to ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience
- Designing and executing automated test scripts and frameworks using Python, MATLAB, or similar languages
- Supporting the full product lifecycle from engineering through production and sustainment
- Driving simulation and rapid prototyping to validate design trades
- Collaborating on documentation of engineering processes and quality standards
- Traveling up to 25% for test planning and field execution
You'll need 6+ years of post-graduate experience in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or systems engineering, with hands-on prototyping and troubleshooting expertise. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential. A U.S. Secret security clearance (or higher) is required. Preferred experience includes complex robotic systems, IP-based networks, mission systems/communications, and aviation airworthiness considerations.
