CesiumAstro is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to join the spacecraft hardware team. In this role, you will own PCB-level implementation and board-level development, translating spacecraft requirements into robust hardware designs. Your responsibilities include designing and developing printed circuit boards from concept through production, ensuring alignment with system performance, reliability, and mission objectives. You will contribute to subsystem definition, integration, and troubleshooting across the full spacecraft lifecycle, working with requirements from launch vehicles, satellites, UAVs, and other space and airborne platforms.
You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team where mentorship and professional growth are prioritized. The role offers exposure to experienced engineers across hardware, software, FPGAs, thermal, mechanical, and other disciplines, with rapid technical and professional development both encouraged and expected. This is a hands-on position requiring autonomous work and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
