Slip Robotics is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and develop mixed-signal electrical systems for autonomous robotic solutions in logistics and warehouse automation. You will own the full electrical design lifecycle: from mixed-signal circuit design (analog, digital, RF) through PCB schematic creation, layout, and board bring-up. Key responsibilities include specifying and evaluating electrical components (sensors, actuators, power supplies, communication modules), creating and maintaining schematics and bills of materials, and performing detailed analysis and simulations to validate designs for performance, reliability, and cost. You'll collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical subsystems into robotic platforms. Additional duties include overseeing manufacturing and assembly of electrical components, developing test plans and procedures to validate functionality and robustness, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and preparing for and supporting regulatory compliance testing. The role requires strong technical depth in power distribution, control systems, and communication protocols, with hands-on experience in PCB design tools like Altium and a proven track record of designing and validating power electronics and control systems. You'll work in an innovative, collaborative environment focused on transforming logistics and supply chain automation through cutting-edge robotics.
