Salary: USD 134,000 - 179,000 / annual
CoreWeave, a publicly traded AI infrastructure company (Nasdaq: CRWV), is seeking an EHS Global Audit Manager to support the implementation and maintenance of its global environmental health and safety (EHS) audit and assurance program. This role is based in Livingston, NJ, with travel required to support supplier and internal audit activities.
You will coordinate assigned audit activities across supplier assurance, internal regulatory compliance, management-system audits, ISO certifications, EHS data quality reviews, and due diligence assessments. Key responsibilities include maintaining audit protocols, procedures, checklists, templates, and reporting tools; documenting findings and tracking corrective actions to closure; analyzing results and preparing dashboards and recommendations; escalating significant or recurring findings to EHS leadership; partnering with EHS technology teams to improve workflows; and supporting audit training and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with EHS, Data Center Operations, Security, Engineering, Construction, People, Office Management, and Business Development teams.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety, engineering, occupational health, environmental science, or related field (or equivalent experience); 5+ years of EHS experience in technical, industrial, construction, data center, or mission-critical environments; strong knowledge of OSHA and federal environmental regulations; experience conducting or coordinating EHS compliance, management-system, or supplier audits; familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards; ability to independently manage programs within established governance; skilled at data collection, analysis, and presentation through reports and dashboards; comfortable developing workflows and documentation; strong project management and communication skills; willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred: Professional certifications (ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM, ISO Lead Auditor); supplier EHS audit experience; global or multi-regional program support; familiarity with UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights; experience with EHS software platforms and data-visualization tools; background in data center, construction, or technology infrastructure operations.
