Anthropic's Beneficial Deployments team is hiring a Partnerships Manager to lead economic mobility and career pathways initiatives. You will lead Claude Corps, a $150M flagship early-career fellowship program placing 1,000 fellows in paid full-time roles with nonprofits across the U.S. for one year, designed and executed in partnership with CodePath. You'll own program success through initial cohorts and evolution into replicable workforce infrastructure. Beyond Claude Corps, you'll expand talent developer partnerships, building on existing momentum like the CodePath collaboration that integrates Claude into courses reaching 20,000+ students at community colleges, universities, and workforce programs nationwide. You'll lead workforce deployments focused on AI Fluency and Claude fluency training with national and regional partners, enabling workers to build skills for the AI transition. Key responsibilities include: leading Claude Corps end-to-end (cohort launches, host organization pipeline, program measurement, open-source playbook); developing and closing tier-1 partnerships with talent developers, workforce organizations, philanthropic and public sector partners; deploying AI Fluency offerings for states and cities; orchestrating across Anthropic functions (Academy, Economic Research, Applied AI, Policy, Communications, GTM) and external stakeholders; and documenting what works through research and open, replicable models for the broader workforce field. Ideal candidates have personally structured and led large, multi-year, multi-stakeholder partnerships (corporate, nonprofit, or public sector) with demonstrated outcomes. You've operated inside large or fast-growing companies on people, talent, or HR teams, or sponsored talent and early-career programs. You have substantive experience in AI fluency, technical training, or learning programs—built, deployed, or led training work, not just advised. You build well amid ambiguity, create structure where none exists, adapt quickly, and prioritize execution for impact. You communicate at executive level with exec-ready writing, confident public speaking, and fluidity across corporate, nonprofit, and government audiences. Strong additional qualifications include experience designing learning programs end-to-end, existing networks across workforce development, philanthropy, or public sector, and hands-on fluency with Claude through personally built workflows, tools, or assets.
