Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, is seeking an Operations Specialist focused on onchain direction. This role sits at the intersection of product operations and DeFi protocol management, requiring hands-on experience with onchain products and a deep understanding of yield mechanisms and risk structures.
You will collaborate with internal business development teams and external project partners to plan and execute user operation campaigns, managing campaign material preparation, cross-functional coordination, go-to-market execution, and reward distribution. You'll own pre-launch testing and product optimization for new campaigns and products, continuously improving the user experience in key flows such as staking, redemption, and reward claiming from an operations perspective.
A core responsibility is building a data analysis framework using AI tools and generating actionable operational insights to drive decision-making. You'll be expected to conduct initial assessments of how new onchain products fit within Binance's current product suite and contribute to product solution design from an operations lens.
The role requires strong product operations mindset with the ability to independently lead planning and execution. You'll communicate directly with project teams in Europe and the US, requiring fluent English and solid business development and product communication capabilities. Proficiency with AI tools for product analysis, operational data review, and campaign performance evaluation is essential, with the ability to proactively identify blind spots and close gaps using data-driven approaches.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with onchain DeFi products (Lending, Staking, LP, RWA Vault) with strong understanding of yield mechanisms and risk structures
- Experience in product or operations roles with leading DeFi protocols such as Morpho, Aave, Pendle, or Ethena
- Ability to conduct initial assessment of how onchain products fit within current product suite
- Strong product operations mindset with ability to contribute to product solution design and independently lead user campaigns
- Proficiency with AI tools for product analysis, operational data review, and campaign performance evaluation
- Ability to understand basic smart contract logic and use onchain analytics tools such as Dune or Etherscan
- Fluent English with ability to communicate directly with project teams in Europe and US
- Solid business development and product communication capabilities
