Anduril Industries is seeking a Division Operations Manager to partner directly with the Head of Operations and VP of the Quality, Reliability, and System Safety (QRS) organization. This is a high-impact, broad-scoped role that bridges finance, talent acquisition, business operations, and analytics to support aggressive organizational growth. Key responsibilities include: Workforce Planning: Own staffing infrastructure for QRS, including headcount planning, recruiting coordination with Talent Acquisition, demand/supply forecasting, and charge code governance. Build tooling and processes that enable efficient resource allocation as the organization scales. You will tackle ambiguous problems with minimal prescription, requiring strong problem-solving and execution skills. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, internal strategy & operations, or business analysis roles.
