Huntress, founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, is a remote-first cybersecurity company making enterprise-grade threat detection and response accessible to mid-market and SMB organizations. The company operates a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center and currently secures over 5M endpoints and 11M identities worldwide.
As Distribution Channel Manager for ANZ (Australia and New Zealand), you will lead the expansion of Huntress's market presence across the region by building and nurturing strategic distributor partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Global Distribution, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key ANZ and APAC distributors, fostering strong relationships with their sales teams, product managers, and channel leadership.
Key responsibilities include establishing regular planning cadences with distributors around partner targeting, pipeline generation, and deal registration; recruiting net-new channel partners and building activation frameworks that move partners from onboarding through first deal to recurring revenue; delivering training and sales enablement to distributor teams on Huntress positioning, competitive differentiation, and objection handling; and executing joint go-to-market plans including demand generation initiatives, pipeline acceleration campaigns, and co-sell engagement.
You will drive measurable outcomes through business reviews tracking pipeline velocity and deal value, identify white-space opportunities within distributor partner bases, and execute joint initiatives such as lunch-and-learns, roadshows, executive briefings, and webinars. Success requires outcome-obsession, attention to detail, and the ability to rebuild partner motions in real time when market conditions shift.
You bring 5+ years of experience in channel, business development, or sales roles with a strong focus on distributor relationships in B2B SaaS, ideally cybersecurity. You have hands-on experience supporting distribution models including MSP, Microsoft licensing, and traditional reseller routes, with a proven track record of growing distributor partnerships and driving partner recruitment, activation, and revenue outcomes. A practical understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and how distributor partnerships expand market reach is essential.
