The Legal team at Revolut partners across the organization to provide practical legal advice that enables fast business growth while maintaining compliance and protection. This role sits within that team, supporting Revolut's operations in Greece. As a Junior Disputes Legal Counsel, you will manage the end-to-end resolution of out-of-court disputes and consumer protection complaints with Greek authorities. Your responsibilities include handling dispute-related matters such as reviewing and preparing formal responses to claims, coordinating and liaising with external law firms in Greece on active litigation cases, providing legal advice on escalated dispute tickets related to branch activities, and assisting with preparation of legal documentation and refinement of internal workflows to ensure efficient dispute handling. You will work closely with external counsel, internal stakeholders, and Greek regulatory bodies to resolve disputes efficiently and protect Revolut's interests while maintaining compliance with local regulations. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in law - Current membership with one of the Greek bar associations - Experience in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel, ideally within a bank or other financial institution - Exposure to dispute resolution, litigation, or financial regulatory law - Ability to brief and liaise with external law firms - Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken) - Ability to draft formal legal responses and discuss complex matters clearly in both languages - Proactive mindset with ability to coordinate with external law firms and internal stakeholders NICE TO HAVE: - Experience with alternative dispute resolution (ADR), ideally within financial services (e.g., Hellenic Consumers' Ombudsman, Hellenic Financial Ombudsman) - Familiarity with Greek Consumer Protection Law, Greek transposition of PSD2, and Bank of Greece regulations - Interest in fintech
