You will join the Operations team as a Service Dispatcher responsible for coordinating heat pump service operations. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Planning and scheduling incoming service tickets for heat pump customers, ensuring efficient technician routing and resource allocation
- Coordinating daily technician tours and maintaining optimal workforce utilization
- Serving as the primary contact for appointment scheduling and ensuring all stakeholders have relevant information
- Identifying urgent cases (e.g., heating system failures) and prioritizing rapid scheduling
- Maintaining real-time visibility of ongoing service calls, team capacity, and last-minute changes
- Identifying process optimization opportunities to improve service efficiency and customer experience
The role is based in Berlin with a hybrid work model. Enpal offers flexible working arrangements, including the option to work remotely up to 30 days per year internationally through their Workflex program. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organized and structured work approach for efficient customer request handling
- Strong enjoyment of customer communication, particularly via phone
- Ideally, prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or service coordination (career changers welcome)
- Quick yet careful and customer-focused working style
- Excellent German language proficiency
