Requirements: - 6+ years of hands-on creator/influencer marketing experience as a strategist, account lead, or director at a prominent agency, or as an operator running programs at a large multinational brand - Proven experience scoping and/or selling in an enterprise SaaS or agency environment (must-have, not nice-to-have); ability to speak concretely to deals you've helped scope, price, and deliver - Operational fluency with billability, utilization, and resource allocation; natural thinking in terms of capacity, staffing, and delivery costs - Strong ability to translate creator marketing strategy and program needs into clearly scoped, sellable, deliverable professional services - Comfort working across multi-function services organizations; ability to identify required teams and coordinate involvement without direct management authority - Track record pitching or presenting professional/managed services to prospects, including in competitive RFP and new-business finalist situations - Experience building or improving a services catalog, playbook, or standardized offering set - Excellent presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills; ability to build credibility with practitioner and executive-level stakeholders - Experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), time-tracking/billability systems, and proposal/SOW development - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery/Services teams - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred: - Direct experience with CreatorIQ platform or comparable creator/influencer marketing technology - Experience building or scoping services offerings (program strategy, analytics/reporting, campaign management, platform optimization) - Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes (RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, MSAs) - Prior experience owning billable codes, utilization reporting, or resource allocation in agency, consultancy, or professional services - Existing network or credibility within creator/influencer marketing industry
