Quince is a manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) brand delivering high-quality essentials at low prices through direct relationships with manufacturing partners. The company operates across apparel, accessories, and home goods, serving tens of millions of customers globally.
As Director of Sourcing for Intimates, Swim, and Lounge categories, you will own end-to-end supply chain strategy and partner management across APAC, IST, and EMEA regions. Key responsibilities include:
**Supply Chain & Sourcing Strategy**: Develop and execute multi-sourcing strategies ensuring supply chain resilience. Onboard new manufacturing partners to Quince's D2C model, coaching them on rapid replenishment and the Quince Operating System (covering operational excellence, financial modeling via ROIC, and technical vendor portal integration).
**Operational Excellence**: Drive continuous improvement against key metrics: defect rates <0.5%, replenishment lead times <14 days, in-stock rates >99%, and margin-accretive financial performance. Lead quarterly business reviews with partner management focusing on strategic alignment and performance.
**Product & Growth**: Collaborate with Merchandising and Product Development teams to expand catalog, launching new styles and colors through the New Product Creation process. Leverage factory expertise to design, cost-engineer, and bring products to market efficiently.
You will work with a builder-focused culture that questions conventional thinking, uses data and technology to uncover opportunities, and moves at speed and scale. The role is based in Greater China (Hong Kong, Shanghai, or Shenzhen).
