Salary: USD 178,848 - 234,738 / annual
Oscar Health is seeking a Director of Provider Experience to lead strategy and implementation within the Provider Integration and Experience department. This role reports to the VP of Provider Integration & Experience and is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance provider experience across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading provider engagement, relations, and strategy initiatives as a thought leader in the field
- Setting and executing on strategic vision to enhance program value and identify new opportunities
- Understanding competitive landscape and acting as a cross-functional partner on company initiatives
- Managing large-scale cross-functional initiatives and holding teams accountable through indirect management
- Overseeing program management of key company and department strategy initiatives
- Reporting to senior leadership on business health, including metrics development and management reporting
- Developing and supporting direct reports in their professional growth
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of healthcare strategy and operations experience, 6+ years of leadership experience, and 3+ years leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives. Advanced qualifications include a Master's degree, clinical licensure, management consulting experience in healthcare, Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills, and growth-stage company experience.
This is a hybrid role based in Tempe, Arizona, requiring 3 days in-office per week with Thursdays as a mandatory in-office day for team meetings and events. The other two office days are flexible to accommodate individual schedules.
