Salary: USD 198,720 - 260,820 / annual
Oscar Health is seeking a Director of Provider Experience to lead strategy, program design, and implementation initiatives within the Provider Integration and Experience department. This role reports to the VP of Provider Integration & Experience and is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance overall provider experience across the organization.
Key responsibilities include: setting and driving strategy and vision to enhance program value and uncover new opportunities; understanding the competitive landscape and acting as a thought leader on cross-functional company initiatives; working cross-functionally with other departments to bring new ideas to life and hold teams accountable through indirect management; managing key company and department strategy initiatives; reporting to senior leadership on business health including metrics and management reporting; and developing and supporting direct reports in their professional growth.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of healthcare strategy and operations experience, 6+ years of leadership experience, and 3+ years leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives. Bonus qualifications include a Master's degree, clinical licensure, management consulting experience in healthcare, Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills, and growth-stage company experience.
This is a hybrid role based in Oscar's New York City office, requiring 3 days in-office per week with Thursdays as a mandatory in-office day for team meetings and events. The other two office days are flexible. Oscar is a technology-driven health insurance company founded in 2012, built around a full-stack platform with a focus on member and provider experience.
