JumpCloud is seeking a Director of Product Strategy and Operations to serve as the operating system for the Product leadership team. Reporting directly to the SVP of Product, this is a Director-level role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate portfolio planning, product prioritization dashboards, governance, dependencies, and risk management
- Own executive, SLT, and Board-level product reporting and insights
- Manage Pendo strategy, instrumentation governance, and adoption analytics
- Operate PIM (Product Information Management) intake, prioritization, and customer close-loop practices
- Lead the Customer Advisory Board operating model, agenda development, and insight follow-through
- Maintain mappings across use-cases, capabilities, product-market fit, and packaging/SKU strategies
- Partner with Finance and GTM teams on pricing, packaging, product performance, and monetization analysis
- Continuously improve planning, KPI, and reporting processes
- Build AI agents and workflows to automate reporting, synthesize customer evidence, detect portfolio risks, and reduce manual work
- Act as a high-trust operating partner: identify weak evidence, force decisions, and ensure accountability

Requirements:
- Background in Product Strategy, Product Operations, or Product Management
- Comfort with portfolio management, SaaS metrics, Pendo, customer research, pricing, and packaging
- Ability to work directly with executives while personally building analyses and operating mechanisms
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tooling and build practical agents or workflow automations
- Commercially minded with willingness to challenge low-value activities
- Ability to work synchronously with Product Leadership and partner globally
- Fluent English (spoken and written); interview conducted in English
- Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico
