CommerceIQ is an AI platform delivering AI agents for content, media, and sales into the workflows of Fortune 100 companies. The company has 2,200+ customers including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Colgate-Palmolive, Mondelez, Samsung, and Kellogg's, with 10 of the top 12 CPG companies as clients. Backed by SoftBank, Insight Partners, and Madrona, the company is pre-IPO and headquartered in Mountain View with teams across the US, India, Canada, and the UK.
Retail media is CommerceIQ's fastest-growing product line, operating in a category experiencing 18% year-over-year ad spend growth—nearly double the rate of digital advertising overall. The company has built a significant competitive advantage through incrementality measurement, proving sales lift from media spend in ways most competitors cannot.

Key responsibilities include: leading the product line transition with close engineering partnership; building customer relationships by working backwards from real workflows rather than assumptions; partnering with sales on GTM, deal support, and positioning; building and prioritizing features that drive ARR growth; and driving rapid prototyping of new agent capabilities with repeatable playbooks.
You'll operate as the de facto GM of this product line's delivery, with high ownership and accountability for outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–10+ years of product management or equivalent experience, with a track record owning delivery and execution for a meaningful, revenue-generating product line that you scaled significantly
- Genuine AI expertise: you've built or shipped with LLMs, agents, and modern AI tooling (not just theoretical knowledge)
- Experience running a team while partnering closely with a peer or senior leader on strategy
- Strong instincts for customer-facing work; ability to understand customer workflows and translate them into product
- Experience partnering closely with engineering and sales/GTM teams
- High ownership mentality and comfort operating as de facto GM of a product line
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or related field
NICE TO HAVE:
- Retail media or ad tech experience
- Background in incrementality measurement, marketing mix modeling, or media attribution
- Prior experience taking a SaaS product agentic
