LeanData is a revenue orchestration platform trusted by companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, NVIDIA, Uber, Snowflake, and DocuSign. The company helps B2B organizations automate revenue operations by routing leads, matching accounts, scheduling handoffs, and analyzing funnel metrics across their go-to-market stack. As Director of Product & Ecosystem Partnerships, you will own the strategy and execution of LeanData's partner ecosystem, making the platform demonstrably better through integrations and joint value creation. This is a product-weighted role that bridges the product roadmap with partner strategy and GTM positioning. Key responsibilities include: **Joint Value & Strategy**: Define and communicate compelling "better together" narratives for priority partnerships. Author joint-value stories that resonate with customers and motivate partner investment. Work with Product Marketing to create solution briefs, use-case content, and enablement materials that bring partnerships to life. **Ecosystem Ownership**: Own integration strategy across LeanData's product suite (Orchestration, Scheduling, Buying Groups & Journeys) and build the ecosystem for new AI-native products from the ground up. Identify which partner categories and integrations expand customer value and in what sequence. **Execution & Orchestration**: Lead partnership scoping, negotiate agreements (integration, co-marketing, commercial terms), and project-manage internal workstreams end-to-end. Drive external partner action, keep initiatives on track, and serve as the single point of contact across both organizations' teams. Monitor adoption and outcomes post-launch. **Market Intelligence & Influence**: Stay current on industry trends, partner announcements, M&A activity, and roadmap shifts. Surface new strategic opportunities that drive adoption or create net-new value. Build business cases for new partnerships and represent the ecosystem perspective in cross-functional and executive forums. You will think end-to-end across the customer journey—how partnerships show up in onboarding, day-to-day usage, expansion, and buying decisions. This role requires fluency in GTM, positioning, and product thinking, combined with the ability to negotiate, project-manage, and drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
