Ping Identity is seeking a Director, Partner Programs, Enablement & Operations to build and scale the operating system that enables partners to create pipeline, win business, and deliver customer outcomes. This strategic, execution-oriented role combines three interconnected disciplines: partner program design, partner enablement, and chief-of-staff-style operating leadership. You will design and evolve a coherent partner-program framework spanning recruitment, onboarding, activation, specialization, co-selling, services readiness, incentives, recognition, and lifecycle management. You'll establish transparent principles for partner segmentation, prioritization, investment, and progression through the partner lifecycle. Working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, Sales, Services, and Operations, you'll create scalable, economically sound programs aligned to company priorities. On the enablement side, you'll define minimum partner-ready packages for priority products and motions, including messaging, use cases, demos, pricing guidance, sales plays, and delivery readiness. You'll build role-based enablement journeys for partner executives, sellers, solution architects, consultants, and delivery teams. You'll establish a practical calendar of onboarding, training, certification, and reinforcement activities, creating feedback loops that continuously improve content based on partner adoption, field usage, and customer results. As chief-of-staff for the partner organization, you'll establish operating cadence including annual and quarterly planning, weekly execution reviews, pipeline inspection, and executive readouts. You'll convert strategic priorities into integrated plans with clear owners, milestones, and dependencies. You'll prepare leadership meetings and QBRs with concise narratives and decision materials. You'll maintain visibility into strategic initiatives, partner commitments, risks, and cross-functional dependencies. You'll build dashboards and operating metrics connecting partner activity to pipeline, sourced and influenced revenue, activation, enablement adoption, and ROI. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing global partner programs, facilitating executive decisions, building practical enablement journeys, and turning ambiguous cross-functional priorities into clear plans with measurable outcomes.
