Ping Identity is seeking a Director of Partner Operations to lead the operational engine powering its global partner ecosystem. In this role, you will build and optimize processes, tools, and programs supporting all partner types—resellers, referral partners, delivery partners, technology partners, MSPs, and cloud marketplaces.
You will develop and execute partner operations strategy aligned to business growth goals, designing scalable processes for a diverse partner ecosystem including VARs, GSIs, SIs, MSPs, ISVs, and cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure). You will build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure partner performance, pipeline, and influence.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Sales Operations and RevOps to integrate partner data into core sales systems (Salesforce, PRM, BI tools) and optimizing lead-to-cash processes for indirect routes, including partner deal registration, attribution, and compensation. You will support the ongoing evolution of Ping's partner program, tiers, incentives, and benefits, ensuring operational support for onboarding, certification, and enablement workflows while tracking partner participation and compliance.
You will own or influence tools supporting the partner lifecycle (PRM, Salesforce, LMS, partner portals) and work with IT and vendors to enhance partner system capabilities and integrations. You will serve as the key operations point of contact for Partner Sales, Alliances, and Executive Leadership, collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to support GTM alignment with technology and cloud partners.
