Inspira Education Group is a fast-growing edtech startup democratizing access to high-quality coaching for students pursuing medical, legal, business, and college admissions. Backed by leading VCs including Zeev Ventures, Quiet Capital, and Craft Ventures, the company combines software and services to disrupt traditional application processes. You will serve as Director of Sales Operations, reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder. This is a hands-on role spanning revenue strategy, customer insights, AI-powered tooling, and revenue systems. You'll own the full customer journey—from lead acquisition through enrollment—identifying bottlenecks and implementing measurable improvements. Key responsibilities include: **Revenue Strategy & Performance:** Analyze the complete sales funnel to identify conversion leaks. Build dashboards tracking conversion rates, average package value, sales cycle length, and channel/program/rep performance. Partner with sales leadership to implement improvements and measure impact. **Customer Insights & Competitive Intelligence:** Review prospect calls with Enrollment Managers to understand customer needs and objections. Study competitive market offerings, pricing, and positioning. Translate insights into recommendations for new programs, bundles, and packaging. Pilot and scale new offers in partnership with delivery teams. **AI Tools & Automation:** Personally prototype and build tools that help salespeople prepare for calls, recommend programs, create proposals, and access information. Use AI-assisted coding, low-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier), and workflow automation to move quickly from concept to production. Own rollout, adoption, and measurement of tool impact. **Revenue Systems & Processes:** Improve CRM workflows, lead routing, pipeline definitions, follow-up automation, and handoffs to Student Success. Maintain data quality and consistent performance views. Identify and eliminate manual work and operational bottlenecks. Prioritize projects by commercial impact and effort. **Success Milestones:** - 30 days: Understand sales process, customer conversations, funnel performance, and systems; ship an initial improvement. - 60 days: Launch sales tools, automations, and measurable experiments with clear ownership and success criteria. - 90 days: Demonstrate impact, establish a prioritized roadmap, and create a repeatable improvement process. You'll work directly with the co-founder, have access to real customer feedback, and own projects end-to-end. You'll shape how the company sells, what it offers, and how it leverages AI across the revenue organization. **Requirements:** - 5–8 years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Growth, or commercial business operations. - Demonstrated experience managing and growing a team. - Strong sales judgment developed through direct selling or sustained, close work with sales teams. Understanding of discovery, objections, buying motivations, and deal progression. - Proven track record of personally delivering improvements in conversion, deal value, sales productivity, or revenue growth. - Hands-on CRM configuration experience, workflow building, and data-driven problem diagnosis. - Practical experience building AI tools or automations that others use; ability to demonstrate and explain your contributions. - Strong analytical skills: spreadsheets, funnel analysis, dashboards, experiment measurement. - Ability to move from ambiguous problems to working solutions with limited direction. - Clear communication and ability to earn trust with salespeople, technical partners, and senior leaders. **Particularly Relevant Experience:** - Consultative B2C sales, education, marketplaces, or high-consideration services. - Pricing, packaging, competitive research, or launching new offers. - HubSpot or comparable CRM; automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier; AI-assisted development tools. - SQL, APIs, or scripting skills for independent solution building and troubleshooting. - Bonus: Prior experience as Account Executive, sales consultant, founder, or early commercial hire.
