As Director of Sales, East, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic accounts across the East region. You'll own regional revenue performance, pipeline creation, deal execution, and forecast accuracy while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the East region
- Owning regional revenue performance for net new business and expansion, ensuring quarterly and annual targets are met
- Driving pipeline generation through outbound strategy, account prioritization, and opportunity creation
- Supporting complex enterprise deals with multi-threaded sales cycles and executive conversations
- Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility with clear reporting to leadership
- Acting as the senior sales leader on the East Coast, representing CreatorIQ in the market and with key customers
- Partnering cross-functionally to improve conversion rates, retention, and expansion outcomes
- Supporting regional events and field initiatives to generate pipeline
- Identifying and recommending improvements across product, marketing, and sales processes

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of people management experience leading quota-carrying sales teams
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to coach reps on pipeline generation, discovery, and deal execution
- Strong operational rigor with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
- Experience selling into marketing, digital, or enterprise business functions (preferred)
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong executive presence with ability to engage senior stakeholders as a trusted, consultative partner
- Bachelor's degree required
