As Director of Sales & Alliances, Asia, you will drive enterprise sales growth across core Asian markets through direct sales and strategic partnerships. This is a hands-on leadership role combining individual revenue accountability with team leadership. You will lead Account Executives and SDRs while personally originating, owning, and closing a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise deals. Key responsibilities include: **Revenue Ownership & Enterprise Selling**: Own regional new business sales performance with a personal revenue target. Build qualified pipeline through targeted outreach, executive networks, referrals, and partner channels. Navigate complex buying groups, develop compelling business cases, and build relationships with CHROs, Chief People Officers, and senior benefits leaders. **Sales Team Leadership**: Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives and SDRs. Run effective pipeline and deal reviews with individual coaching. Develop team capabilities in discovery, stakeholder mapping, value articulation, and negotiation. Establish clear account ownership and build a culture of accountability and high performance. **RFP Leadership & Complex Deal Strategy**: Lead priority enterprise RFPs and tenders end-to-end, including bid qualification, win strategy, proposal development, and commercial negotiations. Build bid strategies around customer priorities and Intellect's differentiated value. Coordinate cross-functional contributors and use win/loss reviews to improve execution. **Go-to-Market Strategy**: Shape and execute the sales go-to-market strategy across Asia, prioritizing markets, industries, and customer segments. Partner with Marketing on target account selection, account-based campaigns, and demand generation. Establish clear lead handovers and translate market feedback into recommendations on offerings and growth opportunities. **Alliances & Ecosystem-Led Growth**: Work with the Partnerships team to convert broker, insurer, and strategic relationships into qualified pipeline and revenue. Develop joint account plans, lead sales execution for alliance-led opportunities, and establish clear opportunity ownership with partners. **Revenue Operations & Commercial Discipline**: Partner with Revenue Operations to strengthen CRM standards, pipeline stages, qualification criteria, and forecasting. Own adoption of these standards within Sales. Use pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and build repeatable playbooks. Help shape pricing and deal structures with Finance. **Requirements** - Proven track record delivering B2B new business growth and leading sales teams against clear revenue targets; personally originated and closed complex enterprise deals - Hands-on player-coach who enjoys leading a team while owning and closing your own opportunities; ability to balance personal selling with coaching and delegation - Experienced RFP leader with a track record of winning competitive enterprise RFPs or tenders; sound judgment on bid selection, proposal differentiation, and team coordination - Strong enterprise seller and executive relationship builder; experience with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through contracting; credible engagement with C-suite leaders - Disciplined sales operator with understanding of pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, territory planning, sales methodologies, and performance management; data-driven decision-making - Commercially strategic and collaborative; strong judgment on market priorities, pricing, positioning, and deal economics; effective cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and delivery teams - Meaningful experience in Asian enterprise markets with understanding of regional buying behavior, procurement practices, and market maturity; experience across Singapore and other major Asian markets strongly preferred - Experience in enterprise SaaS, HR technology, employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, professional services, or complex B2B categories advantageous; direct mental healthcare experience not required - Builder mindset with comfort in a growing business where processes evolve; motivated by expanding access to quality mental healthcare while building a commercially sustainable business
