Eye Security is a fast-growing European cybersecurity scale-up (170+ FTEs) combining cutting-edge technology with embedded cyber insurance solutions. Headquartered in the Netherlands, the company serves organizations across Europe with real-time threat detection, response, and recovery capabilities.
You will join as Director of Revenue Operations, reporting directly to the CBO. This is a newly dedicated leadership role for a critical function that currently lacks a dedicated leader. You will own end-to-end revenue infrastructure and reporting across Europe, with budget flexibility for tools and resources, and autonomy to shape how the function evolves.
Key responsibilities:
- Map growth strategy: design customer segmentation by size and vertical, define territory models for BENELUX, DACH, and new markets
- Plan for scale: lead quarterly planning cycles, set regional quotas, define sales capacity targets, align capacity models to pipeline and ARR goals
- Establish single source of truth: define consistent revenue data definitions, build forecasting models, create reporting cadence for Sales and Channel teams
- Build the operating system: optimize GTM technology, design end-to-end revenue processes, govern AI tools with GDPR compliance and partner attribution
- Enable teams: create onboarding and training programs for Sales, Channel, and CS using AI-powered insights
- Drive data-informed decisions: analyze customer cohorts, win/loss patterns, and sales cycles to uncover expansion and retention opportunities
The role offers a flexible hybrid setup in Berlin, professional development opportunities within a dynamic scale-up environment, attractive remuneration, floating holidays, device choice (MacBook or Windows), and regular in-person team gatherings across Europe.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years building Revenue Operations or Sales Operations functions at Manager or Director level
- Multi-region GTM architect: demonstrated experience running go-to-market strategies across EMEA or globally; track record cracking at least one partner model (VAR, MSP, or similar)
- Systems builder: fluency in CRM platforms, revenue analytics, and forecasting; ability to translate complex strategy into executable frameworks
- Data-driven decision maker: moves fast, leads with numbers, comfortable challenging consensus when data doesn't support it
- English fluency required; Dutch or German a plus
- Bonus: cybersecurity or regulated industry experience; GDPR and EU data residency expertise; track record building RevOps teams from early-stage to enterprise
