Deepgram is the leading platform for Voice AI, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and production-grade voice agents at scale. The company serves over 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations, including Twilio, Cloudflare, and others. Backed by a recent Series C, Deepgram has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words. As Director of Product Operations, you will be the connective tissue of the product organization, owning the systems, cadences, and analysis that enable product, engineering, program management, GTM, finance, and executive leadership to operate from a single trusted view of what is being built, when it ships, and its business value. Key responsibilities include: **Product Deliverable Coordination:** Maintain a single source of truth for product commitments, milestones, dependencies, and status across all product lines. Drive accountability across product management, engineering, design, docs, support, and GTM. Establish lightweight standards for PRDs, roadmap artifacts, and launch documentation. Identify and remove chronic friction in product planning and shipping. **New Product Introduction (NPI):** Own the end-to-end NPI process including stage gates, entry/exit criteria, readiness checklists, and go/no-go decision forums. Chair launch readiness reviews and hold cross-functional owners accountable. Coordinate beta and early access programs. Run post-launch retrospectives and drive continuous process improvement. **Program Management Partnership:** Partner with Program Management to align product roadmap with engineering delivery plans and capacity. Reconcile roadmap commitments against actual delivery. Establish shared dependency tracking and escalation paths. **Financial and Revenue Impact Analysis:** Build models quantifying revenue impact of roadmap decisions (ARR opportunity, expansion, retention, competitive displacement). Partner with Finance on product P&L, pricing analysis, and business case development. Track realized outcomes against business cases. Establish and maintain the product metrics framework connecting adoption, usage, and retention to financial outcomes. **Partner Deliverable Coordination:** Coordinate deliverables with technology, ISV, channel, and strategic partners. Track partner-facing roadmap commitments and serve as the operational interface between partner/BD and product/engineering teams. **Cross-Functional Interface:** Work closely with Marketing on launch tiering, messaging, and positioning. Maintain visibility into customer-facing roadmap commitments with Sales. Establish channels with Support and CS to surface escalation themes and customer pain points. Own the weekly business review and prepare executive/board-level materials on product performance and roadmap status. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable running a cross-functional launch gate review, modeling ARR impact in a spreadsheet, and writing executive summaries for board meetings. You will spend as much time building durable process and instrumentation as driving individual launches. Deepgram operates with an AI-first mindset. All team members are expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools and integrate them into everyday work. The company moves at the pace of AI, with rapid change and evolution in day-to-day responsibilities. This role requires comfort with experimentation, adaptation, quick thinking, and continuous learning. **Requirements:** No specific requirements (years of experience, certifications, or educational background) are stated in the posting.
