Wealthfront is seeking a Director of Product Management, Growth to lead the company's product-led growth strategy. In this role, you will define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aimed at improving business outcomes through quantitative and qualitative data analysis. You'll lead a cross-functional team spanning engineering, design, data science, user research, and marketing to shape the product direction and drive alignment across the organization.
Key responsibilities include partnering with marketing on client acquisition and product adoption strategies across all channels—referrals, organic, paid, and lifecycle marketing. You'll solicit feedback from and maintain alignment with executive leadership, ensuring the product roadmap reflects both strategic priorities and rapidly changing business needs. Your work will be grounded in deep understanding of client needs and motivations, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and trade-off analysis.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including prior experience in a product-led growth role
- Strong strategic thinking informed by deep understanding of business and client needs/motivations
- Executional, action-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to drive alignment around trade-off decisions amid changing product and company priorities
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to problem solving
