Prenuvo is transforming healthcare from reactive sick-care to proactive health management through award-winning whole-body MRI scans combined with AI and software. The company is hiring a Director of Product Management for Clinical Data & Integrations to define and execute the product strategy for external health data and interoperability.
This is a hands-on director role without an inherited PM team. You will personally drive product strategy, discovery, prioritization, partner evaluation, and execution while building the foundation for a broader product area. The core mission is ensuring partnerships and integrations become reusable product capabilities rather than one-off technical connections.
Key responsibilities include: defining the product vision and roadmap for incorporating clinical, laboratory, proteomic, and consumer-health data into Prenuvo's platform; determining which external data sources warrant investment based on patient and business value; establishing product principles for how external data contributes to longitudinal health records and ecosystem data sharing; leading strategy and execution of blood, laboratory, and proteomics integrations with key partners; partnering with clinical teams to ensure external results are interpreted and surfaced responsibly; defining consumer-health integration strategy across wearables, sleep, activity, and connected-health platforms; establishing scalable capabilities for ingesting and normalizing consumer-health signals; partnering with data, engineering, and AI teams to build coherent longitudinal patient records; defining requirements for identity resolution, normalization, data quality, and temporal context; building reusable interoperability capabilities including APIs, FHIR, and HL7 patterns; partnering with privacy, legal, security, and clinical teams on consent and data-sharing experiences; and evaluating prospective partnerships based on patient value, data quality, complexity, and strategic fit.
Required qualifications: 10+ years of product management experience with significant ownership of complex technical or platform products; deep experience building products involving healthcare or clinical data (required); experience delivering integrations across multiple organizations and data providers; strong understanding of APIs, data platforms, schemas, identity, data quality, and integration architecture; demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical or technical capabilities into patient value; experience working alongside clinical, engineering, data, security, privacy, legal, and partnership teams; strong partner-evaluation and strategic judgment; experience defining platform capabilities rather than bespoke integrations; excellent communication skills; and willingness to operate as a highly hands-on senior leader while building the product area and team.
Preferred qualifications include experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), laboratory data, EHR data, diagnostics, genomics/proteomics, remote monitoring, or wearable data.
