Cyberhaven is building the data security platform for the agentic enterprise. As AI agents now read, move, and act on enterprise data at machine speed across browsers, endpoints, SaaS, and model providers, traditional security controls designed for human users are insufficient. Agentic Data Security (ADS) is a new product line built on Cyberhaven's existing DLP and DSPM platform, which already serves as the market leader in lineage-based data protection.
You will own the ADS product line end to end, including vision, strategy, roadmap, and P&L-level outcomes. Your responsibilities include:
- Define what data security means when the actor is an agent rather than a person, including agent identity and attribution, prompt and context inspection, tool-call and MCP-boundary controls, and enforcement at machine speed.
- Translate Cyberhaven's data lineage advantage into agentic use cases by working across endpoint, browser, and cloud teams to extend the platform.
- Run the design partner program and guide ADS through beta and GA, converting a charter cohort of enterprise customers into production deployments and significant revenue traction within 6-9 months.
- Partner with Engineering and Design on a fast release cadence, making scope decisions that keep milestones credible.
- Work with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Experience on packaging, pricing, competitive positioning, and enablement.
- Serve as the external voice of ADS through customer briefings, analyst conversations, partner discussions, and industry events.
You will report to the Chief Product Officer and start as a hands-on, single-threaded owner, growing and leading a PM team as the product line scales. Demand is already ahead of supply; every security leader is being asked what their AI agents are doing with company data, and few have answers.
Cyberhaven is backed by $250M from investors including Khosla and Redpoint, and the team includes leaders from CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Meta, and Google.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading products in security, with a track record of taking new products from zero to meaningful revenue.
- Domain depth in one or more of: data security (DLP, DSPM, insider risk), AI/LLM security, or endpoint and browser security. Fluency in how AI agents are deployed in enterprises is a strong plus.
- Shipped enterprise security products that real security teams operate; understand detection quality, false positive economics, policy authoring, and enforcement decision complexity.
- Comfortable at both strategic and tactical altitudes: can hold executive strategy conversations and dive into detection logic and API design with engineers.
- Strong technical instincts; ability to earn the trust of engineering teams without writing code.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller; can make novel categories legible to CISOs, analysts, and first-time account executives.
- Located in the US (SF Bay Area preferred).
