Brex is seeking a Director of Product to lead the Growth Product team, overseeing strategy and execution for customer acquisition and onboarding. This role sits at the intersection of product, AI, and go-to-market, driving high-impact initiatives that improve GTM metrics like CAC payback, pipeline conversion, and efficiency. You will define and execute multi-quarter growth strategy in partnership with Engineering, Design, GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Data teams. Key responsibilities include managing and developing a team of Product Managers, embedding within Sales and Marketing to identify workflow bottlenecks, analyzing GTM funnel metrics to guide roadmap decisions, and overseeing core Growth Product domains including account scoring, TAM data, outbound automation, and GTM tooling. Past examples of work in this domain include AI agents for GTM workflows, developing best-in-class GTM data and enrichment systems, ML models for account prioritization, and prospect AI classification systems. You will set clear goals and metrics for the Growth team, drive accountability to measurable outcomes, and align stakeholders around a 6–12 month roadmap that advances GTM efficiency and business growth. The role requires embedding within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to operationalize tooling and automations, continuously refining activation based on feedback and performance data. You will work cross-functionally with teams based in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Vancouver, Brazil, and remote locations. Required: 10+ years in product management or management consulting with direct responsibility for scaling B2B products and GTM systems. Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making; basic SQL proficiency strongly preferred. Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and executives, influencing stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other departments. Systems-thinking mindset to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency and automation.
