Salary: USD 190,000 - 200,000 / annual
MANSCAPED is a leading men's grooming and lifestyle consumer brand seeking a Director of Procurement & Sourcing to own the entire procurement process and drive down cost of goods sold (COGS) through benchmarking and strategic contract negotiations.
Reporting to the SVP of Finance & Accounting, you will design and implement data-driven sourcing strategies that balance cost, speed, quality, innovation, and risk mitigation. Key responsibilities include:
• Design and implement data-driven sourcing strategies balancing cost, speed, quality, innovation, and risk mitigation
• Conduct third-party supplier and vendor selection and RFP coordination
• Negotiate complex global contracts leveraging component and product-level benchmarking
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships as the primary point of contact; continuously re-evaluate cost and performance
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, developing organizational and team member capabilities in category management and strategic procurement and sourcing
• Develop and execute category management strategies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and finance teams
