Multichannel prospecting expertise, deep understanding of self-funded vs. fully insured structures, and ability to lead client conversations end-to-end are essential.
Preferred: 1+ years in a high-growth mental health startup (Spring, Lyra, Modern Health, Headway, Alma). West Coast location or primary relationships with comfort traveling 20%. Strong ability to deliver tailored pitches, navigate complex objections, and maintain zero-error CRM hygiene.
