Perry Weather is a weather safety platform serving 3,000+ organizations including NFL/MLB teams, school districts, construction firms, and golf courses. The company combines on-site hardware with software that automates weather alerts and safety decisions, growing 80%+ annually for five years.
As Director of Partnerships, you will own two core partnership motions: (1) marketing partnerships with athletic associations and governing bodies that shape weather regulations, and (2) commercial activation of product integrations. You'll report directly to leadership and be measured on partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
Marketing Partnerships: Win and activate partnerships with high school athletic associations (UIL, NFHS, FHSAA, IHSA, CIF), regional PGA Sections, and golf governing bodies. Convert association relationships into sales outcomes through warm introductions, joint marketing programs, and event coordination. Work with Marketing to create co-branded campaigns and joint research that reach target buyers through association channels. Extend the playbook to construction and industrial trade groups as heat safety regulation accelerates.
Integration Partner Commercialization: Perry Weather has 40+ integrations live or in progress with companies like Eyrus, Singlewire, and Weavix. Partner with the Senior PM to establish commercial agreements enabling sales into integration partner customer bases. Activate partner sales teams with GTM assets and playbooks. Amplify integration launches through joint campaigns. Identify next integrations based on market opportunities in Education, Construction, and Golf.
You'll work daily with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams without owning any of them. The role requires 7+ years in partnerships or business development in B2B SaaS, ideally selling into education, government, sports, golf, or construction. You must have built a partner program from scratch, be commercially sharp in deal structuring and negotiation, and comfortable operating across functions. Approximately 20% travel for conferences, tournaments, and partner meetings. Full-time, in-office role at Oak Lawn headquarters.
