The company serves 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including major law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters, and has scaled to $100M+ ARR with teams across Europe, North America, and APAC.
As Director of Partnerships APJ, you will lead Legora's partnerships and alliances strategy for the Australia and Asia-Pacific region. This is a senior, hands-on role with immediate impact and the opportunity to shape the foundation for all partnership activities in the region. You'll collaborate closely with Legora's global team and APJ leadership, serve as the senior external representative with partners, and have the potential to build out a regional partnerships team as the company grows.
You will oversee and drive execution across four core partnership pillars:
1. Technology Partnerships – Building integrations that make Legora easier to adopt within existing client tech stacks, accelerating frictionless adoption.
2. Consulting Alliances – Building and managing relationships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and regional member firms who help customers adopt, implement, and scale Legora. This will be your primary area of focus.
3. Cloud & AI Partnerships – Engaging with cloud and AI providers to create joint pipeline opportunities and unlock new technology integrations.
4. Education Partnerships – Developing relationships with law schools and academic institutions so Legora becomes the platform future legal professionals learn on, supporting long-term market adoption.
You will be responsible for setting priorities, engaging at partner executive levels, and working cross-functionally to build operational excellence, all while maintaining a general manager mindset and a bias for thoughtful action.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep experience working with and leading GSI/consulting alliance partnerships in high-growth technology environments
- Hands-on experience in enterprise SaaS, with a strong commercial, sales-minded approach
- Proven ability to work effectively in US-headquartered, global businesses
- Exceptional relationship-building skills at senior/executive level
- Track record of setting and executing partnership strategy and building repeatable programs
- General manager mindset: commercial acumen, strong prioritisation, and the ability to balance regional strategy with day-to-day execution
- Legal sector experience or knowledge advantageous, but not required
