Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to live experiences. As a Growth Strategy Analyst, you will independently lead high-impact global projects driving Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. Working within the Marketing & Growth team—one of the company's largest and most dynamic—you'll design end-to-end solutions and manage new business streams in collaboration with cross-functional departments. Key responsibilities include: - Lead global projects and strategies that define the future of the entertainment industry - Contribute to growth and development in key markets - Manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line, showcasing measurable impact - Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills - Design end-to-end solutions with daily high-impact deliverables - Create, develop, and manage new projects including business streams, workflows, and departmental growth initiatives - Work across different markets and international teams, with focus on developing new experiences - Leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions - Enhance overall company performance across departments collaborating on new plans and events You bring at least 2 years of experience in analytics and business roles, with a background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics. You demonstrate excellent communication skills, proven team leadership experience, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. Advanced English is required; Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus. You're passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities.
