Cyera is hiring a Director of Operations & Facilities to lead global workplace operations as the company scales. Reporting to the VP of Business Operations, you will own the global workplace strategy, lead Operations Managers across multiple office hubs, and ensure offices and infrastructure support business growth.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing Cyera's global workplace and facilities strategy; leading and developing Operations Managers across global locations with consistent standards and strong local ownership; driving headcount, capacity, and space planning to anticipate future workplace needs; leading office openings, expansions, relocations, renovations, and strategic workplace projects; owning the global facilities budget including forecasting, investment planning, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization; establishing scalable processes, policies, metrics, and operating standards across global offices; managing strategic relationships with landlords, property managers, contractors, and workplace vendors; and partnering cross-functionally to ensure workplaces support business growth, culture, productivity, and employee experience.
You will balance strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges. You'll partner closely with Employee Experience, IT, People, Finance, and Procurement to build scalable operations while maintaining an exceptional employee experience. The role requires building a scalable global workplace operating model that anticipates Cyera's growth trajectory, ensuring offices operate consistently and efficiently with thoughtful, data-driven investments, and developing Operations Managers into a high-performing global team with strong local ownership.
