As Director of Facilities & Workplace Operations, you will lead the strategy, operations, and optimization of Pattern's physical workplace environment across its offices. This is a people-management role overseeing the facilities function to ensure offices are safe, efficient, scalable, and aligned with employee experience goals while supporting the company's rapid growth trajectory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing workplace strategy aligned with company culture and growth plans
- Managing day-to-day facilities operations, vendor relationships, and maintenance
- Optimizing space utilization, cost efficiency, and employee experience
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards
- Planning for scalability as the company expands
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, and leadership on workplace initiatives
- Managing facilities budget and capital projects
