Salary: USD 197,700 - 308,900 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Director of M&A Integration to lead all phases of post-acquisition integration with strategic and operational focus. This role reports to senior leadership and owns the end-to-end integration of acquired companies, ensuring value realization and alignment with deal thesis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead post-acquisition integration strategy development, planning, execution, and performance management to meet value realization objectives
- Set integration strategy that aligns acquisition thesis, value drivers, and operational priorities
- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to develop value realization and operational integration plans and oversee execution
- Establish governance structures and influence without direct authority to ensure effective planning and execution
- Oversee integration cost development and budget management
- Monitor and ensure delivery of key strategic and financial objectives through M&A scorecard processes
- Incorporate lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes, playbooks, and tools
- Lead multiple integration efforts simultaneously while maintaining strategic focus
The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. This is a results-oriented leadership role requiring both strategic mindset and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- 10+ years leading M&A integration across complex deal types
- MBA and consulting experience preferred
- Proven strategic leadership with ability to convert strategy into executable plans that realize value
- Demonstrated leadership of complex integrations in global and product-led organizations
- Strong executive presence and communication skills with track record of influencing senior executives
- Command of M&A frameworks, processes, and tools
