MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is seeking a Director of GTM Data, Processes, and AI Enablement to lead critical foundations of the go-to-market organization. The company is a mobile-first work execution platform serving 13,000+ customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo across 13.9 million managed assets.
In this role, you will own three interconnected pillars:
**CRM Data Quality & Governance:** Set strategy, standards, and governance for leads, contacts, accounts, and account hierarchies (including parent/child structures, holding companies, franchises, PE portfolios, and multi-site customers). Shift data quality from reactive cleanup to preventive controls through intake validation, matching, deduplication rules, and enrichment precedence. Establish a data quality scorecard with measurable targets. Quantify the revenue impact of data gaps and prepare GTM data for AI use cases. Lead a team of data quality analysts and write requirements for GTM systems implementation. Develop deduplication strategies for the dual CRM environment spanning MaintainX and Autodesk.
**CRM Processes & Workflows:** Own territory management by developing processes and systems requirements aligned with GTM leadership strategy. Define and enforce rules of engagement for account ownership, crediting, and conflict resolution across segments, regions, and teams—covering both standalone MaintainX selling and coordinated Autodesk-MaintainX motions. Optimize CRM workflows for end-user teams by mapping current processes, identifying improvements, and collaborating with Rev Ops and GTM systems to define business requirements. Ensure field adoption through release communications, training, and documentation.
**GTM AI Program:** Run the end-to-end GenAI and automation program for field teams, including intake, prioritization, resource allocation, operating cadences, solution evaluation, and executive readouts. Lead discovery with sales leaders to identify high-value automation and agent opportunities. Align leadership and GTM engineering on a prioritized roadmap. Own business requirements, build-vs-buy analysis, and testing for centrally built solutions. Set standards for team-built solutions including knowledge base governance and quality bars. Own rollout and measure adoption/ROI by tracking workflows changed, not trainings delivered.
**Integration Leadership:** Own the GTM integration plan for MaintainX into Autodesk, including systems/data, account mapping, territories, sales process alignment, joint selling rules, and enablement. Coordinate stakeholders across both organizations, run integration cadences, track risks and dependencies, and escalate decisions. Be accountable for integration outcomes, not just coordination.
You will lead a small direct team of data quality analysts but drive impact primarily through influence across Marketing, Rev Ops, Enablement, and GTM Engineering. You will work with senior stakeholders, front-line managers, and individual contributors, requiring deep functional expertise, rapid pattern recognition, technical credibility with engineers, and practical trust from sellers.
**Requirements:**
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy at a B2B SaaS company
- 3+ years leading people
- Deep expertise in core sales processes, territory design, and rules of engagement
- Strong command of CRM data models: Salesforce objects, account hierarchies, matching, and enrichment (define and specify; configuration not required)
- Hands-on experience bringing AI into GTM workflows (LLMs, agents, workflow automation) with measurable results; fluency to work credibly with engineers
- Track record leading large cross-functional programs through influence, including with VP and C-level leaders
- M&A or GTM integration experience strongly preferred
- Clear writing and speaking; ability to make complex tradeoffs understandable to sellers, engineers, and executives
