Salary: USD 238,000 - 280,000 / annual

As Director of Construction, you will lead and oversee multiple modular data center construction projects nationally, which are critical to Crusoe's Digital Infrastructure segment. You will ensure the successful delivery of complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex, multi-site AI data center construction projects
- Building and leading teams of construction industry professionals
- Interfacing with multiple internal teams including Spark product, cloud and networking teams, and factory colleagues
- Managing large-scale budgets
- Operating as a key leader on innovative data center industry projects
- Traveling as needed (up to 40%) to oversee multiple project sites and investigate future sites
You will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services. The role requires problem-solving, opportunity-finding capabilities, and a sense of urgency to execute on ambitious goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Over 10 years of experience in construction management of mission-critical projects
- Preferred experience: hyperscale data centers, battery energy storage facilities, substation development, or complex manufacturing facilities
- Proven track record of managing and delivering challenging projects on time and on (or under) budget
- Deep understanding of construction best practices, methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
