The company is based in New York with offices in Bengaluru, Los Angeles, and Riyadh. You will lead Redesign Health's global events strategy and build the experiences, programs, and digital infrastructure that connect and engage the community year-round. You are a strategic events leader with a proven track record of building high-impact experiences for executive and industry audiences. You thrive at the intersection of strategic planning, relationship building, and detailed execution. You understand that successful events must create value well beyond the room itself and have embraced the impact of AI across your work while maintaining an exceptionally high bar for quality, hospitality, and brand experience. Key competencies include: driving results despite obstacles; planning and aligning multiple stakeholders and workstreams; building professional communities and understanding what makes them valuable; maintaining a strategic mindset that connects programming to broader organizational goals; excellent collaboration with executives, partners, speakers, sponsors, and vendors; exceptional attention to detail across all event elements; and AI innateness—the ability to proactively leverage AI and emerging technology tools to create extraordinary productivity and impact. REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years of work experience with significant experience in events, experiential marketing, field marketing, brand marketing, or a related function. Must have directly owned complex, executive-level events from initial strategy through onsite delivery. - Proven experience planning and executing major conferences, summits, executive gatherings, or strategic activations with understanding of what exceptional looks like across programming, production, logistics, communications, and attendee experience. - 2+ years of experience working at a high-growth startup, venture firm, healthcare organization, professional network, or similarly complex organization, with understanding of how events support broader brand, relationship, and business objectives. - Experience working with senior executives, external partners, agencies, vendors, speakers, and sponsors; comfort representing an organization in high-visibility settings. - Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple regions, offices, or international stakeholders; comfort navigating different cultures, time zones, and ways of working. - Experience supporting global events or audiences across at least one country outside the US. - Willingness and ability to travel regularly and attend the events you lead.
