ScreenPoint Medical is seeking a Director of Channel Partnerships for the Americas to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth through distributor and technology platform partners, with a strong focus on the USA. You will be responsible for scaling ScreenPoint Medical's presence by optimizing partner performance, aligning with go-to-market strategy, and driving adoption of Transpara, an AI-powered breast cancer detection solution.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Partner Management & Growth: Develop and execute structured business plans with key channel partners, aligning sales targets, co-sell strategies, and growth initiatives. Own channel revenue targets, driving partner-led sales pipeline growth and achieving/exceeding ARR quotas.
Partner Enablement & Go-to-Market Execution: Oversee partner training and enablement programs to ensure partners can effectively sell, deploy, and support the AI solution. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop competitive positioning and joint sales motions. Drive market expansion initiatives.
Performance & Market Expansion: Track and optimize partner performance using CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, PRM, etc.), ensuring pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to enhance strategy and performance.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or business development in SaaS, healthcare IT, AI-driven solutions, or women's health. Proven success scaling channel sales and driving multimillion-dollar revenue through partners. Experience leading co-sell strategies and field engagement programs. Data-driven approach with expertise in CRM & sales tools (Salesforce, PRM platforms). Curiosity about AI and ability to translate complex technology into clear commercial value. Ability to travel 30-40% and fluency in English.
Preferred: Expertise in healthcare technology, radiology workflows, PACS/IT, and AI applications in imaging. Experience selling AI, mammography solutions, SaaS, or innovative technologies. Strong industry relationships and experience in start-up or fast-paced environments.
