Assort Health is building AI agents that transform patient access and healthcare administration. The company has grown from 15 people in 2025 to 250+ by end of 2026, with revenue up 20x in 15 months and $222 million raised (including a recent $120 million Series C at $1.2 billion valuation). Assort has built the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare: 285 million patient interactions, 62,000 care protocols, and 1.6 million decision pathways. As Director of Agent Product Management for Enterprise & Strategic Accounts, you will lead and scale the Agent Product Manager (APM) and Agent Strategy Manager (ASM) teams serving Assort's largest multi-site and multi-product customers outside of health systems—including large specialty groups and multi-practice platforms. You own the hiring bar, team structure, and career development as the function grows. Key responsibilities include: - Lead and scale APM and ASM teams; own hiring, structure, and career development - Serve as executive owner for largest accounts, working directly with customer VP and C-suite stakeholders - Own rollout plans for each account: sequencing, capacity, dependencies, and tradeoff decisions - Own portfolio performance metrics: time-to-launch, agent performance, abandonment, hold time, conversion, and staffing capacity - Step into complex deployments and escalations; lead from the front - Partner with Sales and Customer Success on handoffs, expansion, and renewal risk; push back when commitments exceed team capacity - Build the Enterprise playbook: scoping, account planning, executive reporting, expansion strategies - Bring field insights to Product and Engineering on strategic customer needs A single rollout can span many locations and several use cases (inbound scheduling, outreach, referrals, intake, payments). These are long-term relationships, so you are accountable for both getting customers live and growing them over time. REQUIREMENTS: - 8 to 10 years across consulting, investment banking, or tech (ideally MBB, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Google, Amazon, or Meta), plus experience at a fast-growing tech company or startup - Operator experience: founding a company, running operations, or holding GM or P&L responsibility (weighted heavily—role is closer to running a business than managing a product) - Experience leading complex, multi-workstream enterprise rollouts and digital or AI transformations, including change management - Executive presence with senior customer and cross-functional stakeholders; ability to brief frustrated executives clearly and lead with the headline - Proven people leadership: hired, developed, and managed teams; can assess weekly whether team is on track - Systems thinking and capacity modeling; ability to turn lessons from one account into reusable playbooks and plan team capacity across a portfolio - Willingness to push back on customers, Sales, and leadership when commitments aren't realistic, while keeping relationships strong - Experience building or implementing AI solutions, or using AI to build agents and systems - Comfort with ambiguity; high pace and escalations are part of the role, as is building a function while it scales NICE TO HAVES: - STEM degree or advanced degree - Healthcare experience, ideally in patient access, scheduling, contact center, or digital front door - Experience implementing software inside Epic or other EHRs - Familiarity with contact center and VOIP platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9, Cisco, RingCentral, Twilio) - Experience with AI governance, clinical safety, and responsible-AI review
