Oura is seeking a Director of International Commercial Growth for the Middle East to lead commercial expansion strategy and drive revenue growth across the region. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on establishing market entry strategies, building and scaling regional partnerships, and managing enterprise accounts. Key responsibilities include: **Strategic Market Development**: Analyze product-market fit in Middle East markets, recommend improvements, and operationalize growth initiatives across external partnerships and internal systems. **Partner Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain relationships with 10-20 strategic partners simultaneously, serve as primary point of contact, and proactively communicate to assess needs and align offerings. **Account Management**: Understand partner and customer business objectives, create and implement account plans to maximize success and revenue, and collaborate cross-functionally on partner commitments. **Product Expertise**: Become expert in all Oura products and services, educate partners on new offerings and features, and proactively identify solutions that enhance their business. **Performance Monitoring**: Track partner KPIs, identify improvement areas, develop action plans, and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Create new metrics to represent partner/customer business performance. **Issue Resolution**: Proactively address partner issues with timely resolutions. For new partners with operational needs, create solutions with cross-functional teams and drive alignment. **Data & Reporting**: Gather and analyze partner performance data, prepare reports for stakeholders, and identify/source solutions for data gaps. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of enterprise/corporate sales or business development experience, with proven ability to build and scale regional partnerships from the ground up. Strong commercial acumen, "can-do" attitude, and a network in the Middle East/GCC region are essential. The role requires strategic thinking, ability to manage complex programs, comfort with ambiguity, and track record of exceeding targets.
